Dear Bobby,
I wanted to take an opportunity to personally “thank You” for doing such a
wonderful job for us at Elvis Presley’s Memphis. As you know we have a big job
here with a lot of detail work to be done and have had a problem finding
someone to take the time and care to do it right consistently. Your staff has
been diligent in keeping our restaurant in the best condition to present to our
guests. They have high expectations with regards to presentation and
cleanliness and you have certainly helped us meet those expectations. Your
personal attention to us has made all the difference in our complete
satisfaction.
Your willingness to lend a hand at the oddest of times and to do special
projects for us at a moments notice has been much appreciated. I just wanted to
let you know we have enjoyed our relationship with you these last two years and
look forward to the coming year with continued success for us both. Please
thank your staff, especially Betty and let them know how much we appreciate
your hard work and great job.
