Sanitize

1. All commodes, urinals and basins scoured and disinfected daily.
2. All sinks and faucets cleaned and polished daily.
3. All Counter space surrounding sinks cleaned daily.
4. All bright metal work cleaned and polished daily.
   (Paper towel dispensers, tissue holders etc)
5. All drinking fountains cleaned and sanitized daily.

1. Vacuum all carpeted floors and mats daily.
2. Dust mop or sweep all tile floors daily.
3. Wet mop all tile floors daily.
4. Emergency cleaning (spillage, tracking, etc.)
5. Strip and wax floors extra at customer’s request.
6. Steam clean carpets extra at customer’s request.

1. All desks, counters, and tables dusted and wiped clean (not disturbing paperwork) daily.
2. All office furniture and furnishings dusted daily.
3. All ledges, sills and rails dusted daily.
4. All pictures and wall plaques dusted daily.
5. Remove all cobwebs from ceilings and corners daily.
6. All window blinds dusted daily.

1. Empty and wipe clean all ashtrays daily.
2. Empty wastebaskets and replace liners daily.
3. Place collected trash in designated area daily.
4. Polish mirrors daily.
5. Vacuum stairwells.
6. Replace paper products in restrooms daily.
   (To be provided by your firm or Sides Commercial Cleaning at an extra charge)
7. Leave note or notify building contract as needed when paper supply is low.

1. Clean interior and exterior windows will be extra at customer’s request.
2. Clean entrance glass doors daily.

• We will notify building contact to any observed irregularities.
• We will turn off all lights except those left on.
• We will close windows and lock doors.
• We will regulate any specified alarm systems upon entering and leaving premises.
