We also offer complete floor care; stripping and waxing and high speed buffing hard surface floors, carpet extraction and shampooing, and can provide post-construction cleaning. Sides Commercial Cleaning is a locally owned and operated commercial cleaning company who has a vested interest in the success of Memphis businesses since 1988. In fact, we are currently servicing some customers who have been with us for over 15 years. We are licenced, bonded, and insured to provide security for our customers and staff.

1. What is your hiring process?
Candidates are interviewed, thorough drug screens and background checks are performed, training videos, on-site training and other training materials are provided.

2. What safety programs, including safety training for employees, do you have in place?
All employees are required to complete Bloodborne Pathogen and Hazardous Communications training prior to being assigned.

3. What is your company’s Quality Assurance Program?
All employees are screened and trained prior to beginning work at any facility. Monthly inspections are performed by our Operations Manager to ensure that the cleaning is up to our high standards and written records are kept of these inspections for future reference. Sides Management is on call 24/7 to address any issues / emergencies that may arise and will be on site ASAP to assist. We are pepared to go above and beyond to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.

4. In what areas does your company currently provide services? Tennessee: Memphis, Jackson, Collierville, Bartlett, Cordova, Arlington, and Lakeland. Mississippi: Tupelo, Senatobia, Hernando, Olive Branch, Southaven, and Horn Lake. We are not restricted to these areas and are willing to provide services wherever a customer needs us.

5. What are some quality and/or continuous improvement initiatives currently in place at your company?
We, at Sides, continuously strive to provide the highest quality of service for our customers by attending equipment / product seminars and keeping up to date with the latest techniques, technologies and equipment (micro-fiber cleaning cloths, hypoallergenic vacuums, etc.). 6. What payment options are available? Are there any additional costs for specific payment types?
Sides will accept check, Visa or MasterCard. There are no fees attached to any credit card payments.

GOING GREEN

Sides can help your business go green in several ways. We can help you start a recycling program or improve on your current recycling program. If you're interested in eco-friendly and/or Grean Seal cleaning products, we can provide them for you and use them when we clean your space. There are many good reasons to recycle, including the following:
